New roofs and re-roofing
When a roof has reached the end of its life, patching only delays the problem. We strip the old covering back to the rafters, check and repair the timbers, and build a new roof that is properly ventilated and weathertight.
We also build roofs on new extensions and garages, matching the existing roof wherever possible.

Roof repairs and leaks
Water rarely comes in where the stain appears. We trace the leak to its source and fix the cause, not just the symptom.
Most roof problems start small: a slipped tile, a cracked ridge or a perished flashing. Caught early, they are quick and affordable to put right. Left alone, water gets into battens, timbers and ceilings and the repair bill grows.
We photograph what we find so you can see the problem for yourself, and we only recommend the work that is needed.

Flat roofing
Flat roofs fail when water sits on them. A new flat roof needs the right falls, sound decking and a membrane fitted with care at every edge and outlet.
We replace tired felt roofs on garages, extensions, dormers and blocks of flats with modern membrane systems. Where the deck has rotted or the roof holds water, we put that right first so the new covering has a sound base.
